Refund policy
At Medrich Ayurveda, we strive to deliver products in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our wellness products, we maintain a No Return Policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.
No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrect product received
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, broken, tampered with, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.
To process your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)
After verification, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.
Used or Opened Products
For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery.
Refund Processing
Once your claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The credited amount may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
