Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Procedure for Return/Exchange

Returns can be made in the following ways:

  • Expiry Issues: In case of an expiry issue from our end, we shall arrange a product pick-up for the customer.

  • Other Returns: If there is no issue related to expiry from our end, the customer must courier the product to us at the address mentioned below:

Medrich Ayurveda > Address: Goodwill Infinity, 708, Sector 12, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410210

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must not be fully finished.

  • Returns shall only be accepted in the original packaging.

  • Any items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and shall be sent back to the customer.

Timeline:

  • The customer needs to inform us within 2 business days from the date of receiving the parcel.

  • Contact: Call us at +91- 905-6169-905 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) or write to us at www.medrichayurveda.in.

  • After validating the product, if the return is found valid, we will send an authorizing email. The return package must reach us within 7 days of sending that email.

  • The entire process is expected to take at least 12-14 days.


Cancellation Policy

  • Timeframe: Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of order confirmation. After 24 hours, no cancellation queries shall be entertained.

  • Cash Payments: If the payment was made in cash, the refund shall be processed via NEFT/Cheque only in the registered name of the customer.

  • Online Payments: If the payment was made using a credit/debit card or any form of online payment, the amount will be credited back to the original account used for the transaction.

  • Sizing/Preference Issues: When a refund is to be made due to issues from the customer’s end (for juice and powder), the amount will be refunded in the form of a Credit Voucher.

Communication:

  • We will keep you updated at each step.

  • We will send a Return Authorization Mail once validated and a Closure Mail once the refund is completed.

Damaged/Incorrect Products:

  • In rare cases of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect products, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Timelines:

  • Online Refunds: 4 to 5 Business days.

  • COD Refunds: 12 to 14 Business days.
